Obituary
Richard Ross Ash passed away on November 13, 2017 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday November 18, 2017 at 3 pm at the KD Center in Eldon Iowa.
Richard was born on October 25,1946 to William and Mildred Lane. He attended and graduated from Eldon High School. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed spending time building and painting cars and was a pro at gardening. He liked watching western movies and listening to country music especially Willie Nelson and David Allen Coe. He enjoyed spending his time with friend and was a proud Father and Grandfather.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Charity Mofett, Faith Furgeson, and Tabatha (Andrew) Brown, Stepdaughter Andrea (James) Fowler, Stepson Anthony (Amber) Ragen and 10 Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, his life-long companion Lovey Ragen and two Grandsons, Nathan Gallagher and Justin Furgeson.
Celebrate Life Iowa has been entrusted with the care of Richard and his family.
