Timothy Joseph Timmy Cravens, 29, of Des Moines, Iowa passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. A celebration of Timmys life will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 3:00pm 5:00pm, at 340 E. Army Post Rd. (parking on SE 4th St & across the street in YWCA parking lot) A private family burial will take place at a later date in Baltimore, Maryland.
Tim was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 24, 1989 to Tanya Missimer. He attended school in Baltimore. Following school, he moved to Des Moines in 2009 to be close to his mother, sister and grandmother. Tim loved his family and enjoyed making them laugh and spending time together. He also loved being a Baltimoron, working out, camping, fishing, cooking, leather crafting,taking care of his nephew Milo and was making plans to marry his fianc Jess.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Tanya Hamilton and fiance Michael Logan; stepfather Albert Hamilton; sister Nicole Forquer and soon to be brother-in-law Logan Quinn; brothers Jordan and Jakob Estermann; fianc Jessica (red) Avery; nephew Milo; grandparents Mary Foucher, Dennis Gersama, Linda and Sonny Phillips; aunt Mary Wisner; uncle Earl Wisner; and cousins Gary Latham, Bobby Wisner, Jimmy Welsh, Amy Welsh, and Tommy Short; and many friends both in Baltimore and Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Wittmyer; grandfather Normand Foucher; uncles Michael Missimier, and Tommy Haesloop; aunt Cathy Wisner and cousin Christina Latham.
