Obituary
Pamela Cope, 67 died Monday Feb 12th at st Lukes hospital surrounded by her loved ones following a sudden illness.
Pamela was born December 8th 1950 to Paul and Maxine(Beaty) Lewis in Denver Colorado.
She later spent most of her life living in Cedar Rapids Iowa, making it her home. she was a long time member of the Cedar Rapids Eagles Club where she was a past president as well as a member of the drill team for many years. Pamela was a friend to everyone and held each and every friend and family member dear and loved spending time with them all. She also enjoyed reading, writing and watching the birds.
She is survived by her father Paul (Jean) Lewis of California, sister Cynthia (Tony) Madrigal of Fresno California, two children Kim(Mike) Allsup of center point Iowa, Scott Howery of Cedar Rapids, Nephew Sam Mahnke of Aurora Colorado, grandchildren Tabitha Cejka of Vinton IA, Tanner Allsup of Center Point IA and great grand daughters Delaney and Charlotte Dulin both of Vinton IA.
She is proceeded in death by her mother Maxine Lewis, nephew Paul Mahnke, and sister Lynn Hunt.
A celebration of life will be held at the Cedar Rapids Eagles club on Sunday February 25th with a memorial at 1pm and open house to follow until 5pm.
