Earth loses one of the best. Heaven is a better place.
Prayers for Lynne and all the families and friends during this time. You are all blessed to have many memories with Ron. We are sorry for your loss. Peace be with you all. Tammy (Hawkins), Craig Coppernoll (We are classmates of Lynne's at Kennedy High School.)
Jody and family, what a beautiful tribute in today's Gazette. The Christmas Cabaret was extra special and he will always be a shining gem in the music world and yours, as well.

Rest in Peace Ronnie, You are Missed
Doug and I are heartbroken. But, we know he lived every moment of his life with joy and compassion for all he came in contact with. I will miss him calling the house to talk with Doug and always ending with "Tell Sue I love her". I harassed this man for 20 years in numerous ways, all done with love. We were always so glad to see each other. How you held on for so long is beyond belief. Now you may rest and not be in pain any longer. I imagine you have two puppies at your feet and a guitar in your hands right now playing another inspiring rift...Love you Ron! Our home will miss you terribly! But..we have many awesome memories of you!
Ron, My Friend, you will be sorely missed. I think you had a lot more influence on people than you could ever guess. I'm really sorry we never had a chance to get together so you could repay all the beers I bought you at intermission. I'm really going to miss that. Peace, My Friend,Peace
Still trying to wrap my mind around the fact I wont be able to hear that guitar played by you anymore. You inspired us all and were a friend to so many. You were always kind to this fat kid from Shellsburg. Love you Ron and I believe that lives on for eternity. Thank you for the music, friendship and kindness you showed. You are a champion always. Rest easy brother...Micheal Clair
